What happens if app license expires?

Licenses have expiration dates. The app can be updated as long as the evaluation license is valid. The app stops working when the license period license ends. That means:

• The system panels (Sub-Tasks, Linked Issues, and Issues in Epic) are reset to JIRA built-in configuration

• No customized Issue Panels and Wiki Panels will be displayed in the issue details page

• The configuration UI at the Project Setting level will be removed

• The configuration UI at the Admin level will be removed

• Stored data in database tables are preserved
